The other guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, and is decorated in Teddy
Bear designs and there are plenty of teddy bears for the kids to snuggle
with at night. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath between them.
For those cooler winter nights, the pool can be heated for an extra
fuel charge. You can relax on the lounge chairs or eat on the patio
and not worry about flying bugs because the pool, sun deck and patio
are completely screened in.
Because the home is on a large lot, you have plenty of space between
you and the neighbors both on the side and in the back. Great for privacy.
We have everything you need in the kitchen. There is laundry room with
full size washer and dryer.
The family room has sliding doors right out to the pool, a sleeper
sofa,
TV, VCR with plenty of movies and a stereo.
Best of all we are only 2 miles from the HWY.192 strip and 4 miles to
Walt Disney World. Our subdivision is safe ( the sheriff lives behind
the home) and there are walking trails behind the homes. If you need
more than 1 home, let me know as I know a lot of the other owners and
can get you as many homes as you need close to each other.

Sept to Dec. 15, 2002 $119.00 per night
2003 nightly rates
$119.00 all dates except
June, July, Aug, Oct, Easter, Xmas and New Year which is $135.00
Snowbirds monthly special Nov. to Mar. $75.00 per night. 30 night
min.
Rates are per night, not including Fl. tax of 12%.
cleaning fee is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Add $65.00 for stays less than 7 nights.
5 night min. 6 people max.
